Once any liquor product leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored correctly, handled safely, or kept unopened. Therefore, for legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept the product back into stock.

In the extremely unlikely event that a product is damaged at the point of purchase (before leaving the store), management will assess the situation on the spot. No claims will be accepted once the product has left the premises or after delivery has been completed.
